Tattoo Aftercare Recommendations

A cotton surgical pad and non-latex stretch wrap will be applied after your session.
Keep this bandage on for no longer than 4 hours.
-
Clean your tattoo 2–3 times daily.
Wash your hands thoroughly with pump-based antibacterial soap and warm water (no bar soap).
Remove the bandage, then gently clean the tattoo using warm water and antibacterial soap.
Rub in circles over the tattoo and a 2" border around it — do not submerge the area.
Pat dry with a clean paper towel — do not rub, scratch, blow on, or touch the tattoo.
Leave the tattoo uncovered and let it air dry.
Do not apply any lotions, ointments, Vaseline, or Neosporin during this time.

What It Is:
Advanced, breathable, hypoallergenic, waterproof bandage
Latex-free with mild adhesive
Replaces traditional aftercare for the first 48 hours
During the First 48 Hours:
Keep the bandage on for a full 48 hours
It’s normal to see blurriness, gooeyness, or colored fluid—this is plasma and part of healing
Showering is okay, but do not soak in water
Do not pull upwards when removing the bandage
After 48 Hours:
Gently peel off the bandage from the corners toward the center (best done in the shower)
Wash the tattoo with clean hands
Pat dry with a paper towel or air dry
Apply unscented lotion or healing salve
If the Bandage Fails Early:
If water enters, plasma escapes, or the tattoo is exposed to air before 48 hours, remove immediately and begin standard aftercare
Do not reapply the bandage
